PROJECTS

This page is for a more detailed look into the projects I have worked on.

ZOMBIE ANTS VR

Zombie Ants VR is a UCF-affiliated, student developed project whose objective is to create an virtual reality, interactive learning experience that showcases the reproduction cycle of the eclectic parasitic fungus known as ophiocordyceps. The project is designed to provide knowledge based on real world data & observation, flavored in a way that would be interesting and engaging to middle and highschool students.   In a similar capacity to the ELLE project, my job was to aid the initial concepts' developement by providing game design pitches, as well as developing a request for proposals from students interested in developing for the project. Click here to learn more about Zombie Ants VR.

ELLE - ENDLESS LEARNER

The ELLE project is another UCF-affiliated, student developed project whose objective is to experiment and design a platform that language instructors can use to custom-build interactive learning content for their classes and to test the effectiveness of gamified language learning. The platform is broken up into several interactive learning games—which are being developed by senior-design class that is broken up into three groups—that allow its users to practice and learn language, which utilize the PC, Mobile (Android and iOS), and VR mediums.

I was hired on to work in tandem with the student groups responsible for the games' development & the project sponsor to provide feedback and game design consultation.
